Delta Gamma

Chapter Management Team (CMT)

Gillian Murphy

President

Hi! I'm Gillian Murphy, the President of Zeta Psi. I'm from Wanaque, New Jersey and am a senior here at Salisbury. I am double majoring in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Being in Delta Gamma is one of my favorite parts of my college experience! Going through the Big/Little process as both the big and the little have definitely been the highlights of my time in DG. My favorite part about serving as President has been being able to work alongside my sisters to help them reach their highest potential. Watching the women I represent grow as leaders and individuals is what makes being President so great.

Maddie Hull

Vice President Social Standards

Hi! I'm Maddie Hull, a senior from Annapolis, MD with a double major in Respiratory Therapy & Psychology. My favorite DG memory was Big Little Week 2023, when I was able to run around all week surprising my little and getting to see how excited she was. What I love most about my position is being able to be a part of a team -- this is the most supportive girl group I could ever have. I love my position because it has helped me learn how to balance a lot of different things at school, while checking in with my sisters. My Honor Board team is also so special to me, and I think our work has such a big impact on our chapter.

Peyton Rayne

Vice President Finance

Shay Greiser

Vice President Communications

Hi, I'm Shay! I'm a senior majoring in Psychology and am from Frederick, MD. My favorite DG memories are getting my little, Sophia, and our sisterhood retreat in 2022 at the haunted house. What I love most about my position is it has helped me gain leadership skills and grow as a person. I'm surrounded by such hard working and dependable girls, which makes having a position super fun.

Colleen Chambers

Vice President Programming

Hi, I’m Colleen Chambers and I am from Willow Grove, PA. I am a junior at SU pursing a Biology degree on a biomedical science track. My favorite memory from DG is big/little reveal when I got my big who is now one of my biggest role models and best friends. The thing I love most about VP Programming is being able to plan fun and creative sisterhood events where all our sisters can spend quality time together.

Alexa Dikos

Vice President Panhel

Hi, I'm Alexa Dikos! I'm a senior from Timonium, MD with a major in Communications and a minor in Creative Writing. Being one of the seniors within the chapter, it'd hard to pick one favorite thing about being in DG. I've been through so much with these girls. I've lived with some of them, met their families, had countless sleepovers, traveled on planes, had the kind of laughs that make your stomach ache. So maybe that is my favorite part of Zeta Psi, that I cannot pick just one memory.  What I truly love about my position as VP Panhel are the bonds I’ve developed with the other chapters on campus. The FSL life at Salisbury University is relatively small, so being able to lean on each other for anything -- attending other chapters’ events, helping with fundraising ideas, and just simply supporting each other as peers -- is so crucial to the success of each individual chapter and to our community as a whole. I absolutely adore is the trust my chapter has in me. They trust that I will represent Zeta Psi to the best of my ability, and that means more to me than any of my sisters will ever know.

Ella Messick

Vice President Membership

Hi, my name is Ella Messick! I am a junior Communications major, with minors in Marketing & Business Administration. I am originally from Bel Air, MD but now live in St. Petersburg, FL. I would have to say that my favorite memory being in DG so far would be going to the haunted house during one of our sisterhood retreats. My favorite part of my position thus far would be coming up with themes for formal recruitment and interest meetings that will allow us to engage with potential new members, but also bring out some of our personalities as a chapter.

Libby Ruppel

Vice President Member Education

Hi! My name is Libby Ruppel and I am a senior from Catonsville, Maryland, majoring in Elementary Education. Joining Delta Gamma has been the best decision I made in college, as it has brought me the most amazing friendships, support systems, and role models. Being VP Member Education, I have had the pleasure to introduce and guide so many new sisters to a sisterhood that has brought me so much joy.

Caroline Pley

Vice President Foundation

Hey, my name is Caroline Pley! I am a senior Psychology major from Medford, New Jersey. My favorite part about Delta Gamma is all of the opportunities I've had. Being Vice President of Foundation has brought me joy through holding my sisters accountable in doing service hours and helping out the community.
